Guides and answers for getting the most out of the studio.

Writing a good prompt

Describe the subject, what it is doing, where it is, the lighting and the camera. For example: “A barista pours latte art in slow motion, steam curling, shallow depth of field, warm morning café light, slow push in.” The Enhance Prompt button can expand a short idea into this kind of detail for you to review.

Animating an image

Use a sharp image at least 720 pixels on its shortest side. Describe the motion rather than the picture: “the model turns toward the camera as wind moves the fabric” works better than describing the outfit again.

Credits and billing

Credits are charged when a generation starts and returned automatically if it fails. Monthly credits refresh at each renewal; purchased packs never expire.

Frequently asked questions

You describe a scene in words, or upload an image, and an AI model trained on large amounts of video creates a new clip that matches your description. We send your request to the model you choose, track it while it renders, and save the finished video to your library.

Each model's page shows what it can do and what it costs. Today you can use Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Google's Gemini Omni Flash. We add new models as soon as they are commercially available, and the Explore Models page always shows the current list.

Every generation costs credits. The exact cost depends on the model, the resolution, the length and whether audio is generated, and it is always shown on the Generate button before you start. Subscriptions add credits each month, and you can buy extra packs at any time. If a generation fails, the credits are returned automatically.

Yes. Image to Video lets you upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image (up to 10 MB) and animate it. Some models also accept a final frame or reference images to keep a product or character consistent. Only upload images you have the right to use.

On paid plans you may use the videos you create for commercial purposes, including ads and client work, subject to our Terms and the acceptable-use rules of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for making sure your prompts and uploads do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep any purchased credit packs.

You can keep browsing and downloading your existing videos. To create more, buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan; your monthly credits also refresh at your next renewal. We will let you know before you run low.

Usually between 30 seconds and a few minutes, depending on the model, length and resolution, and how busy the provider is. You can leave the page while it renders; we will notify you when your video is ready.
