Terms of Service
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms govern your use of GenKite. By creating an account you agree to them.
About us
GenKite is a trading name of Rymedia Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 11324686, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. VAT number GB510676702. Contact us at [email protected].
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.
2. Credits and subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Monthly credits are added at each renewal and expire at the next renewal. Purchased credit packs do not expire. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable. A generation's credit cost is shown before you start; credits for generations that fail are returned automatically.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, depicts minors in any sexualised way, harasses or impersonates real people, infringes intellectual property, or is designed to deceive (including undisclosed deepfakes of real people). The model providers apply their own safety filters and may refuse requests. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
You keep any rights you have in your prompts and uploads, and you grant us the licence needed to process them and deliver your videos. Subject to these terms and the underlying model providers' terms, you may use videos you generate on a paid plan for commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.
5. Third-party models
Videos are generated by third-party AI models. Output may be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other users' output, and availability of individual models can change.
6. Your right to cancel
If you're a consumer in the UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital services or content. Because credits and plans give you immediate access to the service, when you buy you ask us to start straight away and agree that your right to cancel ends once you use the credits (by starting a generation). If you cancel within 14 days without using any of the credits you bought, we'll refund you in full. See our Refund Policy.
7. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: digital content and services must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and supplied with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll put it right.
8. Liability
AI output can be unpredictable, so we don't promise any particular result from a prompt. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
10. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, email [email protected] and we'll aim to resolve it within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
