Refund Policy

Failed generations
If a generation fails, is blocked by a model's safety filters, or does not finish, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for a video you did not receive.
Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but if you were charged in error or could not use the service because of a problem on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used.
Your 14-day right to cancel
UK consumers can cancel a new subscription or credit pack within 14 days and get a full refund, as long as none of the credits it gave you have been used. When you buy, you ask us to give you access straight away; once you start a generation with those credits, the right to cancel that purchase ends. This doesn't affect your rights if something we supply is faulty or not as described.
